As client success manager, I drive strategy and results by managing all aspects of digital marketing, web, and sales enablement campaigns, including strategy design, progress, and status communication, client relations, and the coordination of internal team members to ensure campaign objectives are achieved.

 

Building trust and relationships with clients is key to my role, and I work tirelessly to help clients and stakeholders see the value in our work and systems and how that moves the needle for their goals. I lead a team of specialists developing strategy and optimizing campaigns through continuous improvement.

 

Finally, I'm consistently analyzing campaign metrics across multiple channels to ensure campaigns drive results and lead to client success.

Working in client success has taught me empathy, made me a better listener, and put my problem-solving skills to the test.
